Who can apply for the Yogashree scheme?
To apply for the Yogshree scheme, students need to score between 50% to 60% in the secondary examination. Earlier, this rule was applicable only to people from the Scheduled Caste (SC/ST) category. This year, Mamata Banerjee said that students from OBC and the general communities can also apply for the scheme.
What benefits will you get from the Yogyashree project?
Through the Yogashree scheme, free tuition fees will be provided to the students of West Bengal. So that they can do well in various exams like JEE, NEET, and other job exams. 50 centers will be set up across the state for this training. And during the tuition, the students will be given Rs. 300 per month under the Yogashree scheme.
Yogyashree Scheme Online Application:
- Interested candidates should visit www.wbbcdev.gov.in, the official website.
- After that, you must register on the portal by creating a login ID and password.
- Sign in, complete the application, scan, and upload the necessary paperwork (birth certificate, evidence of permanent address, certificate of educational qualification, etc.).
- Carefully go over everything, then send in the application.
Yogyashree Scheme Offline Application
Class XI students are eligible to apply for the Yogashri program. In order to apply, you must first go to www.wbbcdev.gov.in, the official website. After that, you must click on the application form option to download the application. The form must be filled out with the required papers after downloading. Additionally, it must be turned in to the designated training facility before June 25, 2024.
